Ben Melendez has over 35 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and project management. He has been with the firm for 25 years as a Project Manager and has served as a Partner for the past 10 years. He holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Melendez has extensive experience in Design-Build delivery, with a focus on master plans, cruise terminals, and complex transportation facilities. His work includes large-scale infrastructure projects requiring rigorous coordination, accelerated schedules, and cost control within highly regulated environments. He is experienced with LEED-certified projects and has coordinated with multiple port authorities, public agencies, and stakeholder groups to successfully deliver complex developments.

His project experience includes the South Dade Transit Operations Center, Dadeland South Station Improvements, the South Corridor (South Dade Transitway), MIC Metrorail Airport Station, PortMiami Terminal F, and Panama Metro Line 2.
