 Perez & Perez Architects Planners, an award-winning firm based in Miami, is looking for a bookkeeper and partial Administrative Assistant to join our team. The interested candidates must possess great writing skills. 

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks 
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients 
  • Process consultant invoices 
  • Follow up on outstanding client payments 
  • Assist with administrative duties, including processing professional license renewals 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum three (3) years related experience. 
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree 
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) 
  • Excellent communication and writing skills 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet short-term deadlines 
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities 
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance 
  • Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills 

 Compensation and Benefits 

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
