Perez & Perez Architects Planners, an award-winning firm based in Miami, is looking for a bookkeeper and partial Administrative Assistant to join our team. The interested candidates must possess great writing skills.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients
- Process consultant invoices
- Follow up on outstanding client payments
- Assist with administrative duties, including processing professional license renewals
Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years related experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet short-term deadlines
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
