Mr. Jaime Ruiz has been part of Perez & Perez Architects Planners, Inc. since 1992, beginning as an intern and serving as an Architectural Coordinator through 1996. In 2018, he became a Partner of the firm. He plays a leadership role in the planning and development of aviation, transportation, institutional, residential, retail, sports, and port cruise projects. His project experience includes POM Terminal G, POM Terminal F, the University of Miami Football Operations Facility, and the Inter Miami Stadium and Training Facility.

With extensive experience across all phases of project delivery, Mr. Ruiz oversees projects from conceptual planning through construction administration. He has successfully coordinated multidisciplinary teams, collaborated with public agencies and regulatory authorities, and managed complex projects within active operational environments, ensuring efficient and high-quality project execution.
